If I’m being honest, Valentine’s Day means almost nothing to me. The day before Valentine’s Day, as some of you know, is very important; it’s the day I brought home my perfect dog, Barney (though he is the love of my life, so maybe I’ve convinced myself over the course of this sentence). For others, that day signifies Galentine’s Day, a silly name for an event I do support: celebrating your friends over treats.
